    Hobbyist Stallholders Only
    Insurance Declaration:  Hobbyist Stallholders: Defined as those who are not running a formal commercial enterprise nor have an ABN and they earn under $20,000 per year from their stall activity. Those Hobbyist Stallholders who meet this definition and have signed the below declaration are automatically covered under the Show’s insurance cover for Public Liability. The ASC’s Public Liability insurance does not extend to Hobbyists in any manner for any Products Liability exposure. I declare that I am a Hobbyist Stall Holder, do not have an ABN and do not earn more than $20,000 in this enterprise on an annual basis. I am therefore protected under the Show’s Liability policy for Public Liability only. I am aware that this protection does not extend to Products Liability. 
    TERMS AND CONDITIONS
    1. Access to the sites will be available from 9am Friday and from 6am on both Saturday and Sunday.
    2. All vehicles MUST be moved off site by 8.00am on Saturday and Sunday and cannot re-enter before 4pm on Saturday and 4pm on Sunday under escort and then it will be at the discretion of the Show Site Manager. NO VEHICLES TO MOVE INTO SITE AREAS UNTIL DIRECTED.
    3. Site applications must be accompanied by your current Public Liability Insurance Certificate of Currency noting $20M cover.
    4. Hobbyist stallholders can come under the Manning River A & H Society Taree Inc’s insurance cover and must sign the declaration. An administration fee of $30.00 applies.
    5. Food Vendors must also send a copy of their Food Safety Supervisor Certificate.
    6. All food vendors’ marquees & vans must be acceptable to the LGA Health Authority’s requirements and vendors must be in possession of the required licenses and certificates.
    7. Please note that the Traditional Showmen’s Lines e.g., fairy floss/dagwood dogs should not be sold by any site holders other than the Showmen’s Guild of Australasia.
    8. BANNED SALE ITEMS: Link to the list of banned items that cannot be sold at Agricultural Shows.
    9. All leads and electrical equipment must be tested, tagged and in date for safety reasons. Any lead not tagged will be removed (limited power available). Power cords must be mounted overhead or covered over, if in a walkway.
    10. Showground gates will be closed each night with security onsite.
    11. WORK HEALTH & SAFETY RULES and REGULATIONS MUST BE ADHERED TO.
    12. NO raffles or games of chance are permitted.
    13. NO refunds after 21st September 2026.
    14. Each site holder will be entitled to 2 passes (depending on site size & cost). Limited additional passes are available from Taree Show Office prior to the show weekend.
    15. NO SITE ACCESS AVAILABLE UNTIL 10AM ON WEDNESDAY 7th OCTOBER 2026.
    16. ALL SITES MUST BE CLEARED AND VACATED BY 6PM ON MONDAY 12th OCTOBER 2026.
    17. PAYMENT Full payment must be received by 9th September 2026. Please use your invoice number as the reference for direct deposits.
